General Questions
Are you connected to parkrun org?
No. This event is only inspired by parkrun org. There's no affiliation between the two.
Do I have to register?
It's nice to know who's coming so please sign up via our Telegram group. It also gives you an opportunity to connect to runners before the start.
Do I have to pay?
This event is 100% free and organised purely for the love of running. You'll never be asked to part with any money.
I'm a bit slow. Can I still run?
Of course! We have runners of all abilities. We never leave a runner behind!
Is the parkrun timed?
No. We're not quite there yet with keeping times centrally. Feel free to keep your own times though.
Is there a bag drop?
I'm afraid not. Keep your personal possessions safe and on you. We suggest carrying a small bag or a running belt.
What if it rains?
Then we get wet! It'll take a natural disaster to stop us running!
